Free Jazz Sundays in the Square 2024

Join Stephen Pierre for free jazz in Bermondsey Square on the first Sunday of the month from 5 May to 1 September 2024 from 2 PM to 5.30 PM. Chairs will be provided and there are toilets including disabled toilets.

NOTE: This event is open-air and may be cancelled at short notice due to bad weather.

Over the past 6 years, The Bermondsey Square Jazz Days have proudly supported many fine young musicians,  inviting students and graduates from London’s leading music conservatoires, including The Royal Academy, The Guildhall and The Trinity Laban College of Music.

The concerts are managed by The Unity Music Arts Team (UMAT). A grassroots CIC (Community Interest Company) set up by the event organiser, host and vocalist Stephen Pierre in 2018. UMAT has a primary aim to support live music, creative talent and community enrichment. Music is a universal language and is a great way of promoting equality and diversity in society.
