Free artist talk by Jamie Fitzpatrick on his practice and current exhibition at VITRINE Bermondsey Square
This free tour includes friendly artists open talks, discussions and presentations.
For this ambitious site-specific installation, Fitzpatrick will exploit the limitations of the 16-metre vitrine as a means to further disrupt and undermine the works.
Commissioned by the Arts Council England and supported by the Bermondsey Square Community Fund, Moving Southwark is a magical realist take on one of London’s 33 Boroughs and oldest parts of London.
Charlie Godet Thomas will give a talk on his practice and his current exhibition at VITRINE, Bermondsey, Torschlusspanik, with curator Alys Williams.
Bridging sculpture, photography and painting Charlie explores the intersection between language and materiality with new cast works brought together in this site-specific installation.
